What is Convert Logistics?​

Convert Logistics is used to help merchants deliver value to their customers by enhancing the shopping experience of their customers. By providing an SDK and platform extensions that allow merchants and owners to accurately detect the location a customer will have their product delivered to before the customer fills out the checkout form. Accurately predicting this information allows merchants to drive engagement by surfacing conversion funnel information higher up in the customer journey. Predicting the delivery date of a product, estimating taxes, marketing to specific geographic regions, all help to increase conversions.

How it works​

We make logicstics and marketing easy and effective for our merchants by powering systems that can accurately detect a user and to predict delivery dates for products so our merchants can convert more users. We first determine a customers location to estimate delivery and fulfillment dates and to estimate taxes.

Getting Started​

You can get started integrating our SDK into your site with very little development effort.

1. Set up your account​

First, you will need a Merchant account to get Convert Logistics up and running on your site. Once you create an account, you'll have access to our Merchant Portal, a robust user interface that allow you to manage and configure your integration.

The Merchant Portal allows you to:

  • View location metrics
  • Manage your subscriptions
  • Access your API keys
  • Configure warehouse and/or product fulfillment delays and carrier delays

2. Choose your integration​

Choose an integration that works best for your business, whether it’s integrating with our SDK or one of our e-commerce platform extensions. Check out our most popular integrations below.

3. Add Convert Logistics to your e-commerce platform​

Now that you’ve signed up, created your Merchant account, and can log into the Merchant Portal, you’re ready to integrate into your online store.
