Orders CSV Format

Upload via Dashboard → Warehouse & Inventory → Orders → Upload CSV. You can download a pre-filled template (headers + example row) from the upload dialog.

All columns below must be present in the header row. Extra columns are ignored.

order_number	Yes	string	Unique order number per account. Re-uploading updates the existing order.
billing_first_name	Yes	string	Billing contact first name.
billing_last_name	Yes	string	Billing contact last name.
billing_email	Yes	string (email)	Billing contact email.
billing_phone	Yes	string	Billing contact phone.
billing_line_1	Yes	string	Billing street address.
billing_line_2	Yes	string	Billing address line 2. Leave blank if none.
billing_city	Yes	string	Billing city.
billing_state	Yes	string	Billing state (2-letter code, e.g. IL).
billing_zip	Yes	string	Billing ZIP code.
billing_country	Yes	string	Billing country (2-letter code, e.g. US).
shipping_first_name	Yes	string	Shipping recipient first name.
shipping_last_name	Yes	string	Shipping recipient last name.
shipping_email	Yes	string (email)	Shipping recipient email.
shipping_phone	Yes	string	Shipping recipient phone.
shipping_line_1	Yes	string	Shipping street address.
shipping_line_2	Yes	string	Shipping address line 2. Leave blank if none.
shipping_city	Yes	string	Shipping city.
shipping_state	Yes	string	Shipping state (2-letter code, e.g. TX).
shipping_zip	Yes	string	Shipping ZIP code.
shipping_country	Yes	string	Shipping country (2-letter code, e.g. US).
currency_code	Yes	string	3-letter ISO currency code, e.g. USD.
amount_subtotal	Yes	decimal	Order subtotal, e.g. 19.99.
amount_shipping	Yes	decimal	Shipping amount, e.g. 4.99.
amount_tax	Yes	decimal	Tax amount, e.g. 1.50.
amount_total	Yes	decimal	Order total, e.g. 26.48.

• The file must be a .csv (max 2 MB).
• Billing and shipping addresses are created automatically if they don't exist yet.
