Tracking Numbers CSV Format

Upload via Dashboard → Warehouse & Inventory → Tracking Numbers → Upload CSV. You can download a pre-filled template (headers + example row) from the upload dialog.

All columns below must be present in the header row. Extra columns are ignored.

Column	Required	Type	Description
tracking_number	Yes	string	Carrier tracking number. Unique per account; re-uploading updates the existing record.
purchase_datetime	Yes	datetime	When the order was placed, format YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS, e.g. 2026-01-05 10:00:00.
ship_datetime	Yes	datetime	When the order shipped, format YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS.
delivery_datetime	Yes	datetime	When the order was delivered, format YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS.
carrier_code	Yes	enum	Carrier code, one of UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL. Must be linked to the warehouse below.
warehouse_zip	Yes	string (5-digit ZIP)	Must match the ZIP code of one of your warehouses. Unknown ZIPs reject the row.
delivery_line_1	Yes	string	Destination street address.
delivery_line_2	Yes	string	Destination address line 2 (apartment, suite). Leave blank if none.
delivery_city	Yes	string	Destination city.
delivery_state	Yes	string	Destination state (2-letter code, e.g. TX).
delivery_zip	Yes	string	Destination ZIP code.
delivery_country	Yes	string	Destination country (2-letter code, e.g. US).
order_number	Yes	string	Merchant order number this shipment belongs to.
sku	Yes	string	Product SKU. Must already exist in your products — unknown SKUs reject the row.

Notes

• The file must be a .csv (max 2 MB).
• Upload products first: every sku in this file must already exist.
• Dates must use 24-hour YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS format.
